Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice declaring land for road, land to be taken as severance and road to be stopped in the Queenstown Lakes District, dated the 11th day of June 2014 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 June 2014, No. 65, page 1878, by deleting the phrase under paragraph (c):

“Section 10 SO 459834 and Section 87 SO 357952 being amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 379574 subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, Mortgage 943308.2 and Caveat 9419279.1”

and the entry under First Schedule, Land to be Declared Road:

and adding a new phrase under paragraph (c):

“Section 10 SO 459834 being amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 654603, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and Mortgage 9769458.4, Section 87 SO 357952 being amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 654604, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and Mortgage 943308.2”

and a new entry under First Schedule, Land to be Declared Road:
