Cancelling a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(5)(b) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori Reservation as set out in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 September 1960, No. 57, page 1338, and New Zealand Gazette, 30 November 1989, No. 212, page 6028, is hereby cancelled.
