Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager for the Far North District, Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in the Waimate North Christian Campus Trust of the local purpose (school) reserve described in the Schedule, and further appoints Te Whiu Hapu Incorporated to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
