Gazette.govt.nzPursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Teresa Buckthought, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares, pursuant to section 117(7), shall be added to the adjoining land held for a public work (development of water-power) contained in Gazette Notice 37747 (New Zealand Gazette, 3 April 1952, No. 25, page 456), and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
