Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for drainage purposes and shall remain vested in the Auckland Council, subject to a right of way over part marked “A” on SO 469820 and together with an appurtenant right of way over areas marked “B” and “C” on SO 469820 created by Easement Certificate A283252, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
