Declaring Land to be Road and Road to be Stopped—Kopuku Road and Finlayson Road, Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to section 114, declares the portions of land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette;
Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 512317;
Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA59D/257;
Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall remain vested in the Waikato District Council.
