Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to
a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted at its meeting on 28 August 2014, declaring the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto to be a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
