Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117 and 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land comprised in Computer Freehold Register SL125/110, subject to all existing encumbrances, from the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
