Under the Reserves Act 1977, the South Canterbury Conservation Partnerships Manager of the Department
of Conservation hereby revokes the appointment of the Waimate Historical Society Incorporated to control and manage the Waimate Court House Historic Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and further vests the
said reserve in the Waimate District Council in trust for historic reserve purposes.
