Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 11th day of December 2013 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 December 2013, No. 172, page 4720, by deleting the Description in the Schedule and substituting the following:
"Part Lot 1 DP 463680, formerly part Lot 1 DP 333153; shown as Section 11 on SO 453204 (part Computer Freehold Register 614154)."
