Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 20th day of August 2014 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
28 August 2014, No. 103, page 2879, by deleting the words
"part Computer Freehold Register NA85B/494"
and replacing them with
"part Computer Freehold Registers 666497 and 666498"
in the First and Second Schedules.
