Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart and included in the existing Maori reservation over Mangaiti 5A Block, published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 19 September 1963, No. 56, page 1451, for the same said purpose, common use and benefit as published in the New Zealand Gazette.
