Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by
the Waitakere City Council (the statutory predecessor to the Auckland Council) at its meeting on 5 August 2010, declaring the parcel of land in the Schedule hereto to be a recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
