Pursuant to section 15(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Porirua City Council, under delegated authority from
the Minister of Conservation, by resolution dated the 12th day of December 2012, authorised the exchange of the local purpose (environment and landscape protection) reserve described in the First Schedule to this notice for the
land described in the Second Schedule.
