Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Hirenui Te Whetu, Hihia Te Whetu, Hekepi Rota, Maraea Mateue, Te Mokai Ue, Mereana Te Tau, Maata Ringakore, Porokoru Matemuri, Rahapa and Tamati Te Wharehiria.

2.1539 The Maori freehold land known as Part Mangatawa 2 Block being the land in Computer Freehold Register 542394.
