Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, I, John Robert Hook, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amend the area in the Schedule to the notice with the above heading dated the 10th day of September 2013 declaring land as Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 October 2013, No. 143, page 3914, by deleting the area
"0.1877"
and substituting it with the area of
"0.1879".
