Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Wellington Regional Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Council on 21 May 2014:
"That pursuant to section 14(1) of the Reserves Act 1977 the land vested in the Council and described in the Schedule be declared Scenic Reserve and held for
the purpose specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977."
