Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use
in connection with State Highway 1, subject to Notice 9255221.1, Consent Notice 8447908.5, the Pipeline easements in Certificates 753538, 753539 and 753540, the Right to Convey Water easements created by Easement Instrument 8447908.11, Easement Instrument 8257808.22, and the Right to Convey Gas easement created by Transfer B068926.1, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
