Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Napier City Council on the date of publication hereof in
the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120(3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 572021, Hawke's Bay Land Registry.
(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto be severance and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register HB54/48, Interim Hawke's Bay Land Registry, and subject to Mortgage 7637979.1.
