Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Director, Conservation Partnerships of the North and Western South Island Region of the Department of Conservation, hereby appoints the Mistletoe Bay Trust Incorporated to control and manage
the part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto for recreation purposes, subject to the said Act and an agreement dated the 1st day of May 2004.
