Under section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the
New Plymouth District Council corrects the error in
the Schedule to the notice classifying the reserve for recreation reserves purposes to form part of Waiwhakaiho Park dated the 5th day of May 2014 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 May 2014, No. 48, page 1405, by amending the area of square metres

to read
"2656".
