Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice be acquired for road
and vested in the Grey District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice be stopped and further, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with Computer Freehold Register WS5A/462.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice be stopped and further, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with Computer Freehold Register WS5D/1192.
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice be stopped and further, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with Computer Freehold Register WS8C/1037.
(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice be stopped
and further, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with Computer Freehold Register 151825.
