Pursuant to section 34 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Earnshaw, Land Information New Zealand, declares:
(a) the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance, subject to Restriction 441745 and Gazette Notice 826918, which shall vest in the Crown;
(b) the leasehold estate described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance which shall remain vested in the Crown
which shall have the effect of merging the fee simple and leasehold estates on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
