Pursuant to section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Gisborne District Council, following a resolution passed by Council on 25 July 2013 classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act.
