Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Earnshaw, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 25th day of September 2012 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 October 2012, No. 122, page 3495, by deleting the land thirdly described in the Schedule and replacing it with:
"3
Part Lot 1 DP 455604; shown as Section 1 on SO 468383 (Computer Freehold Register 586605)." Dated at Wellington this 8th day of May 2014.
