Pursuant to sections 26 and 30 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the licence interest held by the Porirua Shooting Association of New Zealand Incorporated, pursuant to a licence dated the 5th day of September 2005 in the land described in the Schedule to be taken for motorway purposes and vested in the Crown on the 14th day after
the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the
New Zealand Gazette.
