Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the
New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated the 24th day of May 2011, classifies the local purpose (sportsground) reserve described in the Schedule for recreation reserve purposes to form part of Urenui Sportsfield and Community Centre Park.
