Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Teresa Buckthought, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 20th day of December 2013 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 January 2014, No. 8, page 234 (Gazette Notice 9632613.1), by deleting the wording in the recital
"acquired for local purpose (stormwater retention) reserve"
and replacing it with
"acquired for stormwater retention purposes".
