Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Hamilton City Council hereby gives notice that the reserve described in the First Schedule to this notice is classified as local purpose (road) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and the reserve described in the Second Schedule to this notice is classified as local purpose (segregation) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
