Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager for the Hawke's Bay District of the Lower North Island Region of the Department of Conservation cancels the vesting in the Hawke's Bay Regional Council of the reserve described in the Schedule, classifies the reserve as
a local purpose (sport and recreation buildings) reserve, and vests the reserve in the Napier City Council, subject to the provisions of the Act.
