Pursuant to sections 15 and 57 of the Unit Titles Act 2010, and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired by the Wellington City Council for use in connection with a road and is vested in the Wellington City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
