Pursuant to section 338(5)(d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, the purpose of the lands described in the Schedule hereto, set apart as a Maori reservation by notices in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 September 1989, No. 156, page 4141, and New Zealand Gazette, 13 April 1995, No. 35, page 970, is hereby redefined in terms of the persons or class of persons for whose use or benefit the reservation is made by replacing "the descendants of Ruia and Tuia Hapakuku" with "the descendants of Rui and Kahutaewa-
