Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to
a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Whakatane District Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted at its meeting on 18 December 2013, declaring the parcels of land in the Schedule hereto to be a recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
