Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waipa District Council hereby classifies:
(a) the reserve described in the First Schedule to this notice as recreation reserve;
(b) the reserve described in the Second Schedule to this notice as local purpose (community use) reserve;
subject to the provisions of the said Act.
