Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation the Waipa District Council hereby gives notice that the following resolution was passed by Council on 10 December 2013:
"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Waipa District Council hereby resolves that the parcel of land held
by Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule to this notice, shall be, and the same is hereby declared
to be scenic reserve subject to the provisions of section 19(1)(a) of the said Act".
