Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 14th day of October 2013, published
in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 October 2013, No. 143, page 3918, by amending the recital (g) thus:
"(g) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Seventh Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 120(3) and 120(4), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register CB46C/503, subject to mortgage A450482.7 and Joint Family Home A450482.6, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette."
