Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager, Western Bay of Plenty District Office, Department of Conservation, revokes the reservation as local purpose (accessway) reserves over the lands described in the Schedule and declares that the lands may be disposed of by the Tauranga City Council in such manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as the council determines.
