Pursuant to section 50A of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation hereby amends the notice (ln56) dated the 11th day of December 2013, declaring the land comprising the Rotoaira Channel and Poutu Dam and Canal to be exempt from section 24 of the Conservation Act 1987, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 January 2014, No. 1, page 42, by omitting the word
"Pouto"
and replacing it with
"Poutu".
