Pursuant to section 50A of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation hereby amends the notice (ln57) dated the 12th day of December 2013, declaring the land comprising the Rangipo Outlet and the Poutu Intake to be exempt from section 24 of the Conservation Act 1987, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 January 2014, No. 1, page 42, by omitting the word
"Pouto"
and replacing it with
"Poutu";
and omitting
"SO 450059"
from the Schedule to the notice and replacing it with
"SO 450095".
