Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Earnshaw, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road, pursuant to section 114(1), which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;
(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance, pursuant to section 119, and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA57/175, subject to Gazette Notice 6019322.1;
(c) Declares, pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA57/175, subject to Gazette Notice 6019322.1, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987;
(d) Declares, pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 421870, subject to Gazette Notices 5729426.1 and 572928.1, Mortgage 6375959.3, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987,
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
