Notice of Direction for the Disposition of the Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution on 7 December 2000 of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus assets, being an estate in fee simple in all the land containing 1012 square metres, more or less, being certificate of title CB526/246, Lot 1 DP 14703 (Canterbury Land Registration District), be vested in Southern Rugby Football Club Incorporated (226617).
This direction shall become final on 22 December 2014.
No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
