Notice of Direction for the Disposition of the Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society
Pursuant to Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution on the 17th day of June 2004 of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus assets, being an estate in fee simple in all the
land containing 1012 square metres, more or less, being certificate of title SA253/30, Section 23 Waimana Village (South Auckland Land Registration District), be vested in
Te Waimana Kaaku Tribal Executive.
This direction shall become final on 26 March 2014.
No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
