Pursuant to Article 9 of the Wine (Grape Wine Levy) Order 2010, it was resolved at the board meeting of the Wine Institute of New Zealand Incorporated on 30 June 2014 that the levy rate to apply to sales of grape wine, or the grape wine component
of grape wine products, from 1 July 2014 to 30 June 2015 be fixed at the rate of 2.25 cents per litre.
