Pursuant to clause 9(1) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989 and with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby validate the irregularity in connection with the mid-term election of parent representatives for the board of trustees of Rangiora High School, Rangiora, Canterbury.

This notice takes effect the day of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
