The notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 November 2014, Issue No. 143, Notice No. 2014-go7170, omitted the word

“Atmospheric”

in the name of the organisation gaining approval for the Code of Ethical Conduct.

It should have correctly identified the organisation as the

“National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research Limited”.

Under section 13 of the Interpretation Act 1999, this notice corrects the name of the organisation and is not intended to affect the status of the remainder of the notice.
