I, William Henry David More, Senior Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 14 November 2014, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Canam Mortgage Services Limited from the Register of Companies on 26 August 2000) with rights to funds owing to the company by the Inland Revenue Department.
