Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 4 November 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Chris Tepi in respect of Waitaruke Te Kohanga Reo (18523), situated at State Highway 10, Kaeo.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
