Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(b) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 28 May 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to Marie Stewart in respect of Te Kotahitanga o te Whanau Bilingual Educare Centre (45327), situated at 259B Main Road, Waimana.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
