Pursuant to section 100ZA(2) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, the Minister for Primary Industries gives notice that he is satisfied that Pipfruit NZ Incorporated meets the criteria in subsections (3), (4), (6), (7) and (9) of the Act and, for the purposes of Part 5A of the Biosecurity Act 1993, Pipfruit NZ Incorporated represents the pipfruit sector that grows fresh pipfruit for consumption.
