The Queen in the fee simple estate of 84 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2 DP 48701 and comprised in Computer Freehold Register WN19B/827 with the registered proprietor of that interest being Prestige Homes Corporation Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on 15 May 1995.
